Is there a free trial?
No. You pay the one-time $499 setup fee upfront to activate your account, which includes domain registration, Gmail workspace setup, and DNS configuration. There is no recurring commitment — cancel the $99/month platform fee anytime.
What counts as a "positive response"?
Our AI analyzes every reply and classifies it as positive, neutral, or negative. A positive response shows genuine interest — asking for pricing, requesting samples, scheduling a call, or expressing clear buying intent. Neutral and negative replies are never billed. You can dispute any classification you disagree with.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time with no penalties. Your setup fee is a one-time investment in your infrastructure (domains, accounts, warm-up) and is non-refundable. You keep everything we set up for you.
What if I do not get any positive responses?
You only pay the $99/month platform fee. There are no per-response charges if no leads respond positively. We also provide campaign optimization guidance to help improve your response rates over time.
